During my recent stay at Albergue Pallanes, I experienced really good customer service. When I needed a doctor, the staff were great too find one immediately. They even allowed us to check out late and arranged a taxi for our tired friend. The attention to detail and care from the staff was amazing. the clean and new double room we booked was comfortable and had a convenient laundry service onsite. The kitchen and common room were spacious, and we were even able to order a pizza delivery through the receptionist. The supermarket being just 3 minutes away was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at this charming albergue. the rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. the owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. When I arrived in town with a blocked phone and unsure of how to reach the albergue, they arranged for my pickup from the information center, saving me from getting lost. the location was perfect for those hiking the Camino, as it was right next to the trail. the host provided valuable insights for my future hikes and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent. the nearby supermarket was convenient, and the albergue had a lovely garden where I could relax.
Despite the bad weather, staying here was one of my best experiences on the Camino. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.

The room was spacious and clean, with an added bonus of air conditioning. We also had a lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with our needs. They even helped us with our laundry, which was a great convenience. the outdoor space at the hotel was beautiful, providing plenty of areas to unwind and enjoy the grounds.
That the hotel was not centrally located, requiring a 15-minute walk to reach the cathedral and being situated on the outskirts of the town. Another minor inconvenience was that the kitchen only had a microwave for cooking, which was not clearly mentioned prior to our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely albergue. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the whole place has been beautifully renovated. I loved the beautiful garden and the comfortable beds. The location was great, just a short walk from the Cathedral and close to the Camino trail. Plus, there was a cafe and a supermarket right next door. The freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious coffee at breakfast were a delightful touch. a well-thought-out accommodation that exceeded my expectations.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 😊
